We are seeking a proactive Duty Manager to manage daily shifts, supervise front-office activities and ensure smooth resort operations while delivering a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-office and guest service operations during assigned shifts.
- Supervise check-in, check-out, room allocation and guest requests.
- Handle guest concerns, service recovery and escalations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness.
- Conduct daily handovers and maintain shift reports.
- Monitor VIP arrivals, special occasions and group bookings.
- Support staff scheduling, discipline and service standards.
- Ensure guest safety and proper handling of operational emergencies.
- Maintain coordination with reservations, F&B; and maintenance departments.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Experience: 3–5 years in front-office operations, including supervisory experience.
- Experience in luxury hotels, boutique resorts or premium hospitality preferred.
- Strong guest-handling and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of PMS, billing and reservation systems.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pay: ₹482,000.00 - ₹1,610,000.00 per year
