- Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins via calls, emails and visits to ensure clients are satisfied and engaged
- Understand client business goals and suggest relevant solutions to help them achieve better results.
- Share product/service updates, new features, or add-on offering to keep clients informed and interested.

- Provide clients with ROI-driven insights to reinforce the value of our services.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through relevant upsell and cross- sell solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings as per client needs.
