Depot Manager

Experience: 4–8 years

Responsible for managing end-to-end CFA/depot operations, including warehousing, inventory, dispatch, logistics, documentation, and distributor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily CFA, depot, and warehouse operations.
- Oversee inwarding, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and stock control.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of distributor orders.
- Coordinate with distributors, super stockists, sales teams, and logistics partners.
- Maintain invoices, delivery documents, stock records, and operational MIS reports.
- Monitor damaged, expired, excess, and shortage stock.
- Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and support personnel.




- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and stock security.
- Coordinate with the Company Sales/Operations Head and CFA Principal/Owner.Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in FMCG, home care, or consumer products.
- Prior experience in CFA/C&F;, depot, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong inventory management, logistics, and team-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Valuable coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
