This is a NON-CLINICAL job for a dentist. No chairside procedure. If you hold a BDS and you're more excited by running a world-class clinic than by drilling teeth all day — this role was written for you.

Build the business side of dentistry

Dr. Sobti's Dental Care is a premium, implant-focused dental clinic in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi, run since 2009 by founders Dr. Pushkar Sobti and Dr. Parul Sharma Sobti. We're known for full-arch and All-on-X implant work, an in-house digital lab, CBCT and intraoral scanning, and an attached dental academy.

We're hiring a BDS graduate who wants to grow into clinic management — not to treat patients, but to help run the practice: the front desk, patient experience, coordination, and day-to-day administration. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders and learn how a high-end dental business actually operates.

What you'll own
- Be the face of the clinic — greet, guide, and manage the experience of every patient from walk-in to follow-up.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and the daily patient flow so the clinic runs smoothly.
- Handle patient enquiries, calls, and messages, and coordinate between patients and the clinical team.
- Explain treatment plans, estimates, and next steps to patients in straightforward language (your BDS makes this effortless).
- Support patient conversion — help interested patients move confidently from consultation to treatment.
- Maintain records, reports, and front-office documentation accurately.




- Coordinate with the clinical, lab, and admin teams to keep operations tight.
- Uphold the premium standards, cleanliness, and warmth our patients expect.

Who we're looking for
- BDS graduate — fresher, or up to 2 years of dental experience.
- Genuinely more interested in clinic management and the business of dentistry than in clinical practice.
- Warm, well-spoken, and presentable — comfortable being the first impression of a premium clinic.
- Strong communication in English and Hindi; confident on calls and in person.
- Organized, reliable, and quick to learn systems and software.
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling tools, and basic reporting.
- Hungry to grow, take ownership, and build a long-term career with us.

No prior admin experience required — the right attitude and a BDS matter most. We'll train you.
