Your V Care Dental Clinic is a growing dental healthcare organisation committed to providing quality and affordable dental care. We are expanding our network and looking for dedicated Dental Assistants to support our dentists and ensure smooth clinical operations.
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, patient-friendly, and organised Dental Assistant to assist dentists during dental procedures, maintain sterilisation and hygiene standards, and ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and arrange dental instruments, equipment, and materials before procedures.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation of dental instruments.
- Maintain strict infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Prepare the dental chair and treatment room before and after each patient.
- Support patient preparation and provide assistance throughout the treatment.
- Maintain dental records, patient files, and treatment-related documentation.
- Monitor dental supplies and inform the concerned team about stock requirements.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per clinic protocols.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional clinical environment.
- Assist in managing patient flow and delivering a positive patient experience.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Dental Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers may apply if they are willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments, sterilisation, and infection control is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and well-organised.
- Ability to work in a team and handle patients professionally.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, as per clinic requirements.
