Role Description The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of technology and consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This full-time, in office role is based in Chennai and involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project plans, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.





The person in this role will work closely with clients to understand requirements, align expectations, and provide regular status updates. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing resources and budgets, resolving delivery issues, and supporting continuous process improvements.

The Delivery

Manager will also contribute to stakeholder communications, coach team members, and help shape best practices for service excellence.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with relevant experience in delivery management or technical leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on understanding of Python and AI/ML technologies.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex technology projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
