Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to manage and drive our UK & Europe IT Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international IT staffing, team management, client delivery, and recruitment operations across UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters handling UK and European recruitment requirements.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for contract and permanent IT staffing.

- Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements and achievement of hiring targets.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

- Manage recruitment turnaround time (TAT), quality of submissions, and delivery SLAs.

- Work closely with account managers, clients, and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends across the UK and Europe.

- Coach and mentor recruiters to improve sourcing strategies, productivity, and closure ratios.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and performance reports.





- Identify delivery challenges and implement strategies to improve team performance and recruitment efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to client processes and applicable recruitment compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably covering UK and European markets.

- Proven experience in leading or managing a recruitment delivery team.

- Strong understanding of UK and European IT hiring markets, sourcing channels, and recruitment practices.

- Experience in contract staffing and permanent hiring.

- Robust stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements, delivery targets, and client expectations.

- Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment MIS, TAT, and delivery metrics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with international staffing firms or recruitment agencies.

- Exposure to UK/EU contract hiring, including relevant market-specific compliance requirements.

- A target-driven professional with strong ownership of team performance and delivery outcomes
