Job Title: FP&A; Delivery Excellence Lead

Experience Range: 15- 20 Years

:

- 15+ years in FP&A;, Finance Operations, Shared Services, GCC, GBS or BPS
- Experience managing large global delivery organizations
- Proven track record in Delivery Excellence, Governance, Quality and Risk Management
- Experience driving transformation, automation, AI and productivity initiatives
- Hands on experience in Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, driving process improvement using LSS methodologies
- Working experience in Delivery Process Maturity assessments
- Robust client and stakeholder management across global geographies

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish Delivery Excellence governance, controls and review frameworks.
- Improve quality, productivity, utilization, CSAT and operational KPIs.
- Drive standardization, automation and AI-led transformation initiatives.
- Lead risk management, audits, compliance and escalation governance.
- Create executive dashboards, metrics and performance reporting.
- Coach teams and build a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
