Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply & Delivery Executive to manage affiliate supply, campaign distribution, traffic delivery, and daily performance operations. The role involves coordinating with affiliates and publishers, allocating campaigns, monitoring delivery targets, maintaining lead quality, and ensuring campaigns are completed within the agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Supply Management

- Identify, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, agencies, influencers, and other traffic partners.
- Maintain an adequate supply of relevant traffic for active and upcoming campaigns.
- Share campaign details, targeting criteria, commercials, creative assets, tracking links, and compliance guidelines with partners.
- Match campaigns with suitable affiliates based on traffic source, geography, audience, quality, and delivery capacity.
- Build strong relationships with partners and maintain regular communication regarding campaign availability and performance.
- Negotiate affiliate payouts while protecting campaign margins.

Campaign Delivery

- Allocate campaign targets among affiliates and monitor daily delivery.
- Ensure campaigns meet agreed lead, conversion, installation, sales, or revenue targets.
- Track campaign pacing and take corrective action when delivery is below or above the planned volume.
- Coordinate campaign launches, pauses, caps, extensions, and closures.
- Monitor tracking links, postbacks, pixels, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Ensure affiliates use approved creatives, landing pages, messaging, and traffic sources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve campaign setup, tracking, and delivery issues.

Quality and Compliance





- Monitor traffic and lead quality to identify duplication, invalid leads, fraud, or noncompliant activity.
- Ensure delivery follows client criteria, brand guidelines, and applicable advertising policies.
- Communicate rejection reasons and quality feedback to affiliates.
- Maintain accurate records of approved, rejected, pending, and billable conversions.
- Escalate suspicious traffic patterns or major quality issues promptly.
- Support reconciliation between client reports and affiliate reports.

Reporting and Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign delivery reports.
- Track targets, actual delivery, conversion rates, affiliate payouts, client revenue, and margins.
- Coordinate with business development, sales, finance, technology, and account-management teams.
- Maintain updated affiliate databases, campaign trackers, rate cards, and delivery plans.
- Support invoicing and payout reconciliation by providing accurate performance data.
- Share regular updates on campaign progress, delivery risks, and supply requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, campaign operations, media delivery, publisher management, or performance marketing.
- Understanding of campaign models such as CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI, CPC, and revenue sharing.
- Robust working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and partner-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with daily performance data.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-moving environment.
