Job Objective:

The Senior Executive -The Debt Support Executive will assist the Corporate Finance team in managing debt-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, reporting, and coordination with lenders. The role involves supporting loan lifecycle management, monitoring covenants, and maintaining solid internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the company's debt portfolio including term loans, working capital limits, and other borrowings

Track repayment schedules (interest & principal) and ensure timely processing of payments.

Maintain records of all loan agreements, sanction letters, and related documentation.

Prepare and review loan-related documentation in coordination with legal and finance teams

Ensure compliance with loan covenants and conditions.

Monitor deadlines for submission of financial statements, stock statements, and other lender requirements.

Support preparation of debt schedules, interest calculations, and reconciliation reports

Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting related to borrowings.

Analyze debt costs, interest rates, and repayment structures





Maintain updated MIS reports on debt position, interest outflows, and covenant tracking

Opportunities to streamline debt tracking and reporting processes. Support automation and system implementation initiatives related to treasury functions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field, MBA (Finance) or professional certification (CA Inter / CMA Inter / CFA Level 1) preferred

Work Experience: 3-10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking operations

Core competencies:

- Expertise in Debt & Treasury Management
- Strong knowledge of loan products, borrowings, working capital facilities
- Ability to analyse debt costs, interest rates, repayment structures and financial impacts.
- Understanding of loan covenants and regulatory compliance requirements
- Expertise in preparing MIS reports, debt schedules.
