Own admin tool queries, bugs, and feature enhancements, ensuring tooling supports operational efficiency. Produce and maintain system documentation, data flows, and functional artifacts.

Communicate clearly with Business, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership stakeholders. Use data and structured reasoning to negotiate priorities, manage expectations, and align on delivery plans.
