Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Data Privacy Consultant with hands-on experience in data privacy regulations and privacy management tools. The candidate should have a good understanding of DPDP, GDPR, and CCPA, along with practical experience implementing or managing privacy compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure privacy management solutions to support regulatory compliance.

Work on privacy tools such as OneTrust, or TrustArc.

Support privacy assessments, data mapping, consent management,



and compliance gap analysis.

Assist in implementing and maintaining privacy policies, procedures, and controls.

Identify compliance gaps and recommend technical solutions to address privacy risks.

Collaborate with technical teams and clients to implement privacy requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in data privacy, privacy consulting, or privacy technology implementation.

Strong knowledge of India’s DPDP Act, GDPR, and CCPA.

Hands-on experience with at least one privacy management tool: OneTrust, or TrustArc.

Strong technical knowledge of privacy implementation, consent management, cookies, and data protection controls.

Understanding of data discovery, data mapping, privacy assessments, and compliance requirements.

Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in implementing privacy compliance solutions for clients.

Familiarity with website tracking technologies, cookies, APIs, and consent mechanisms.

- Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into technical implementations.
