Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using SAP PowerDesigner.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective data models.

- Develop and maintain ER diagrams, entity relationships, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation.

- Define entities, attributes, primary keys, foreign keys, relationships, and data constraints.

- Perform data model normalization and ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, database developers, and ETL teams.

- Support database schema design, data integration, and data warehouse modelling.

- Conduct data model reviews, impact analysis, and model version management.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise data modelling standards and best practices.

- Optimize data structures to support performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Mandatory Technical Skills





- 6+ years of experience in data modelling or data architecture.

- Hands-on experience with SAP PowerDesigner for conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.

- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, ER modelling, and database design.

- Expertise in normalization, referential integrity, keys, constraints, and relationships.

- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

- Experience with data dictionaries, metadata management, and data modelling standards.

- Understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional modelling, star schema, and snowflake schema.

- Experience collaborating with data engineering, ETL, and database development teams.
