Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Privacy qualified with 12+ years of strong, hands-on experience in Data Privacy consulting. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering privacy consulting engagements and the ability to identify business opportunities, engage with clients, and contribute to business development and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end Data Privacy and Privacy Compliance consulting engagements for clients across industries.
Advise clients on privacy regulations, compliance requirements, privacy governance, and risk management.
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA), privacy risk assessments, data mapping, and gap assessments.
Develop and implement Data Privacy frameworks, policies, standards, procedures, and governance models.
Provide consulting support on regulations such as GDPR, India DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA and other applicable global privacy regulations.
