We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to lead data engineering initiatives for a large-scale enterprise analytics platform.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in AWS data services
- Hands-on experience with AWS Glue or EMR
- Robust proficiency in PySpark/Python and SQL
- Experience with AWS Redshift, Aurora PostgreSQL, and ETL pipelines
- Apache Airflow, Kafka, and data pipeline optimization
- Team leadership and production support experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data engineers
- Manage and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines
- Handle production incidents and SLA-driven enhancements
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
✅ Mandatory: AWS + hands-on experience in Glue or EMR + PySpark/Python ✅ Candidates should be comfortable working from the Mumbai client location and supporting on-call rotations.
