A Data Annotator Manager : oversees the teams, workflows, and quality standards responsible for labeling, categorizing, and structuring raw data (text, image, video, audio) .
Team Leadership & People Management:
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate data annotators, quality analysts, and team leads.
- Track performance metrics, manage attendance, and conduct regular review cycles.
Operations & Workload Planning:
- Plan, schedule, and distribute annotation tasks across projects to meet strict deadlines.
- Monitor throughput, capacity, and resource allocation between labeling and quality control (QC) lines.
Quality Assurance & Governance:
- Establish quality benchmarks, error tolerance limits, and multi-stage review workflows.
- Lead calibration sessions and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring labeling errors.
Process & Guideline Development:
- Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), annotation manuals, and edge-case documentation.
- Partner with engineers to refine labeling schemas, tools, and automation pipelines.
Education Qualification : B.Tec or B.E
Experience : 2+ Years
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
