Role & responsibilities

Translate branch and small business performance data into actionable insights that support growth, productivity, customer experience, and risk management across frontline, field leadership, and executive stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and automate data pipelines using Alteryx and Databricks to ingest, transform, and validate large, complex datasets from multiple enterprise banking sources.

Write advanced SQL queries to perform data extraction, joins, aggregations, and performance analysis across transactional, customer, and operational datasets with a strong focus on accuracy and scalability.

Design and deliver interactive dashboards and scorecards in Tableau and Power BI that clearly communicate branch, banker, and small business performance trends, opportunities, and risks.

Perform deep-dive analytical assessments (e.g., YoY trends,



productivity drivers, client behavior, conversion, and funnel analysis) to support branch and small business strategy and execution.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency by applying strong data validation, reconciliation, and documentation practices across all analytical outputs.

Create executive-ready storytelling by synthesizing complex data into concise narratives, visuals, and insights that drive informed decision-making and measurable action.

Demonstrate solid business acumen in financial services, with the ability to connect data insights to branch operations, small business client needs, revenue drivers, and customer experience outcomes.
