Position: Analyst, Strategy & AI

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Insights

- Support strategic planning across branches, digital business, and Acquisition team
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence across the capital market ecosystem.
- Prepare concise dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.

AI / Analytics & Automation

- Build models for forecasting, customer segmentation, productivity improvement, and process automation.
- Work with technology/data teams to operationalize AI/ML solutions.
- Drive analytical insights to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.

Branch & Growth Force Support

- Analyse branch performance, micro-market opportunities, and customer profiles.
- Recommend actionable strategies to improve productivity across growth force teams.
- Support projects to digitize branch operations and enhance customer experience.

Digital & Capital Market Ecosystem

- Track digital funnel metrics and user behaviour on trading platforms.
- Support initiatives across equity, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, and other products




- Evaluate fintech trends, partnerships, and technology opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Education

- B.Tech/B.S. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields from IIT or equivalent reputed institute.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, Python, data science tools.
- Experience through internships/projects in model building or analytics.
- Interest or willingness to learn capital markets quickly.

- High analytical ability, problem-solving mindset, and structured thinking.
- Strong communication skills; ability to work with senior leaders.
- Curiosity, ownership, and adaptability in a rapid-paced environment.
