: Data Analyst Intern (MS Excel)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Intern with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data, cleaning and validating spreadsheets, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day data management activities using Excel only.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel.
- Clean and validate data to identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect entries.
- Use Excel formulas and functions to perform calculations and data analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables, charts, and summary reports.
- Use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other relevant Excel functions.




- Apply filters, sorting, conditional formatting, and data validation.
- Reconcile data from multiple Excel sheets and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support the team with ad hoc reporting and data-related assignments.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions.
- Basic knowledge of data cleaning, formatting, and validation.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., or a related discipline.
