Role Description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Experience in designing dashboards and analyzing complex datasets to track portfolio health, risk metrics, and performance specifically for Secured Business Loans. Hands-on proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL is highly beneficial.
- Explicit and effective ability to present insights,



articulate findings, and collaborate with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prior experience in NBFCs or Financial Services (especially in secured business/lending segments) is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment, and a firm commitment to ethical data handling and privacy.

Qualification:
- Education: Graduate in any stream or MBA (specialization in Finance, Operations, or Systems is a plus).
- Years of Experience: 3-6years of experience in data analytics within NBFCs or Financial Services.
