? ? Role: CyberArk L2/L3 Engineer with Microsoft Entra ID Experience

We are looking for experienced CyberArk L2/L3 Engineers with robust hands-on expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk administration, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Entra ID.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk PAM environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk components, including Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
- Manage privileged accounts, safes, platform configurations, and password rotation policies.
- Troubleshoot password management, account onboarding, session management, and connectivity issues.
- Support privileged session monitoring, recording, and access controls.
- Perform incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID administration, including users, groups, roles, and Enterprise Applications.
- Troubleshoot Entra ID authentication, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and access-related issues.




- Support integration between privileged access solutions and Microsoft Entra ID where applicable.
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow security and compliance standards.

✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM L2/L3 support.
- Good knowledge of CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM components.
- Experience with privileged account onboarding, password management, safes, and platform configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across PAM components and production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Knowledge of Entra ID users, groups, roles, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, and change implementation.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and automation will be an added advantage.
- CyberArk and Microsoft security certifications will be an added advantage.
