Job Title: Cyber Security Solutions Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cyber Security Solutions Trainer to deliver technical training, develop practical cybersecurity skills, and prepare learners for industry requirements. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, and the ability to explain complex concepts through practical demonstrations and real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
- Train learners in areas such as network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security operations.
- Develop training materials, presentations, lab manuals, and course content.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Guide learners through cybersecurity projects, case studies, and industry-based scenarios.
- Stay updated with emerging cyber threats, security technologies, and industry trends.
- Support learners in certification preparation and career development.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and learner performance reports.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align training programs with industry requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.




- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Hands-on knowledge of ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners and experienced learners.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, Security+, OSCP, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity training, consulting, or security operations.
- Experience designing practical labs and industry-oriented training programs.
- Knowledge of SIEM tools, incident response, SOC operations, or cloud security is an added advantage.
