Job Details
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 6 Months–5 years
- Work Schedule: Fixed Sunday off + one rotational weekday off
- Interview Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience in inbound and/or outbound customer service
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview on the scheduled date
- Candidates must carry an updated resume
