Customer Support Representative – NA Phone Process

Salary Structure

Freshers

- CTC: ₹23,951 per month
- Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹2,500 per month
- Statutory Bonus: ₹2,548 per month
- Total Package: ₹29,000 per month

Experienced Candidates

- CTC: ₹24,410 per month
- Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹3,000 per month
- Statutory Bonus: ₹2,597 per month
- Total Package: ₹30,000 per month

PLI is applicable after training and depends on attendance, login hours, quality assurance (QA), and customer satisfaction (CSAT/DSAT) performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer interactions through voice support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.




- Document customer interactions accurately.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good technical aptitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work primarily night shifts.

Work Schedule and Benefits
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
- 10-hour shift, including a 1-hour break.
- Cab facility available for eligible night shifts only.
- Leave restrictions apply during the first 3 months, except weekly offs.

Relocation Advantages Available for outstation candidates only:
- 10 days of complimentary accommodation on a dual-occupancy basis.
- One-way bus, train, or flight ticket.
- Relocation bonus of up to ₹10,000.
- Relocation bonus is not applicable to rehires.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
