We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 12 years of experience in customer service, technical assistance, and issue resolution for software or SaaS-based products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.

- Provide product guidance, troubleshooting, and technical support.

- Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and product usage.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate technical issues when required.

- Maintain support tickets and customer interactions in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with technical and product teams for issue resolution.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Prepare FAQs, support documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or SaaS Product Support.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi or Tamil is an advantage.





- Basic understanding of web applications and software troubleshooting.

- Experience with CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing systems.

- Solid problem-solving, customer-handling, and multitasking skills.

Good to Have

- Experience supporting SaaS platforms or web-based applications.

- Familiarity with Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.

- Knowledge of customer onboarding and product demonstrations.

- Basic understanding of AI-powered applications or design software.

- Experience in real estate, architecture, or construction-related software.

Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma.

- 1–2 years of relevant customer support experience.

- Customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
