Salary Structure

Freshers

- CTC: ₹32,000 per month
- Includes ₹1,000 performance-linked incentive (PLI)

Experienced Candidates

- CTC: ₹34,000 per month
- Includes ₹1,000 performance-linked incentive (PLI)
- Minimum 6 months of documented work experience required

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to travel through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions accurately and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are eligible for the ₹32,000 CTC package.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of documented experience are eligible for the ₹34,000 CTC package.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Ability to attend a virtual interview.

Pay: Up to ₹34,000.00 per month
