Kalyan West (near Kalyan Station) | Full-time Kedia Organic (kediaorganic.com) delivers organic groceries and farm-fresh products across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Kalyan. We’re looking for a friendly, organised person to join our team. What you’ll do Call customers who left items in their cart (abandoned carts) and help them complete orders Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages about orders, products and delivery Confirm orders, take feedback and follow up with repeat customers Help with packing orders and checking items before dispatch Coordinate with the delivery team on daily orders Keep straightforward records of calls and orders in Excel/Google Sheets Who we’re looking for Comfortable speaking Hindi, Marathi and basic English Polite, patient and confident on the phone Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets skills Willing to do hands-on work like packing Freshers welcome; tele-calling or customer service experience is a plus Interest in organic and healthy food is a bonus
