The role involves handling customer calls related to prepaid and postpaid mobile services, understanding customer concerns, answering queries, and providing appropriate solutions. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Hindi.

- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
