Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and follow ups.
- Guide and assist trial customers.
- Convert trial customers to paid subscribers.
- Maintain recurring revenue and customer retention.
- Be the point of contact for the customers, their queries and escalate when necessary.
- Follow up for timely payments.
- Maintain bill records.
- Product demonstration.
- Upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in SaaS sales (IT/Software sales may be considered)
- Any IT graduate
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
