Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team and help customers maximize the value of our AI-powered product, Chronox AI (chronox.ai)

. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, driving product adoption, and improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and product implementation.
- Understand customer needs and drive product adoption.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

Key Skills Required

- Technical background is mandatory through education, professional experience, or relevant technical knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
- Basic understanding of software products, IT services, or SaaS solutions.
- Willingness to learn technical products and explain them effectively.

Good to Have: Experience in Customer Success, BDE, Client Servicing, SaaS/IT services, CRM tools, or working with international clients.

Education:





B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), or a relevant technical qualification or equivalent technical knowledge.
