Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience

Process: International Voice & Non-Voice

Shifts: US & UK Shifts (Night Shifts)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Week Offs

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Service Associate (CSA) in a reputed international BPO company in Malad, Mumbai. Candidates with good English communication skills who are looking to build a career in the international customer service industry are welcome to apply.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply for available Voice and Non-Voice processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Manage customer interactions through voice or non-voice channels, depending on the assigned process.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate candidates can apply.




- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US or UK night shifts.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
