Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound international calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and skilled manner.

- Process customer orders, resolve issues, and provide product information to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

- 0-4 years of experience in an inbound voice process environment (US Voice Process).

- Strong communication skills for handling international calls with diverse accents and languages.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
