We are looking for a professional and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves communicating and coordinating with students, lecturers, and other stakeholders, along with handling day-to-day communication and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make professional calls and communicate with students regarding required information and updates.
- Follow up with students and lecturers and maintain proper communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and basic data in Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with other communication and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of communication.

Required Skills:





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and confident phone etiquette.
- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and lecturers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Telugu and English communication skills preferred.
