SCOPE OF WORK - Customer Relationship Manager | MERLOAM ESTATES
Objective:* Convert leads into bookings through strong follow-up and customer relationship.
*Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Handling:* Call new leads within 15 mins and understand their requirement (Investment / Own House).
2. Project Pitching:* Explain DTCP/RERA, Location, Price, Amenities, and Loan facility clearly.
3. Follow-up: Do systematic follow-up via Call & WhatsApp and maintain Hot/Warm/Cold status.
4. Site Visit:Fix and coordinate weekend site visits with sales team.
5. Sales Conversion:Support sales team to convert site visits into bookings.
6. Relationship & Referrals:* Maintain long-term relationship and generate referrals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
