Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Relationship Manager based in Faridabad. The intern will support day-to-day customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, handling order-related queries, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role involves coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-up, and after-sales support for B2B and retail clients.

The intern will assist in gathering customer feedback,



resolving routine service issues, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. The position may also include preparing basic reports, supporting account management activities, and participating in meetings related to client relationships and business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of customer service practices and an interest in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to organize information, maintain records, and follow up systematically with customers and internal teams.
- Comfort with using email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or customer database tools (training can be provided).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Faridabad and collaborate closely with sales, operations, and production teams.
- Interest in the cleaning and hygiene products industry and eagerness to learn in a quick-paced B2B environment.
