Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, monitoring service performance, addressing issues or escalations, and identifying opportunities to enhance services.

The manager will analyze customer data, segment markets for targeted engagement, support sales initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements. The role also involves preparing reports, tracking KPIs related to customer retention and growth, and contributing to continuous improvement of CRM processes and tools.

- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate service delivery, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation of client-specific solutions.

- Experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client servicing, preferably within security or manpower services.

- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education or certifications in CRM or project management are an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
