About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Bangalore COCO dealership. The role involves managing end-to-end customer interactions, ensuring a superior service experience, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership/workshop
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams (service, sales, workshop)
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Conduct regular follow-ups on service status, feedback, and pending issues
- Ensure timely closure of customer concerns with high satisfaction levels
- Support in customer engagement activities, campaigns, and feedback collection
- Drive customer retention and relationship building
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of daily activities.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
- PUC/Diploma, Graduate in any discipline
- 0-5 years of experience in customer service / customer relationship roles
- Experience in automobile or service industry will be preferred
