We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to business growth through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating qualified leads, explaining our waterproofing products and services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy communication, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's waterproofing products and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential business leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, email campaigns, and other sales activities.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, respond to inquiries, and build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Product Presentation: Learn about the company's waterproofing products, construction chemicals, applications, and benefits to communicate effectively with customers.
- Sales Pitch: Present product features and benefits confidently and encourage potential customers to explore the company's solutions.
- Lead Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with the sales team to arrange customer meetings, site visits, and product discussions.




- Database Management: Maintain accurate customer details, call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules in the company's database or CRM system.
- Customer Support: Respond professionally to customer questions and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve concerns.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with sales representatives and management to support sales campaigns and business development activities.
- Reporting: Submit daily call reports, lead updates, follow-up details, and other assigned sales reports.
- Target Achievement: Work towards assigned calling, lead generation, appointment, and sales conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two, Diploma, or any degree; candidates from any educational background may apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or lead generation will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, email, or CRM software are preferred.
- Candidates interested in sales, customer interaction, and business development are welcome.
