We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Acquisition Executive to drive customer growth and expand our client base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting automobile and industrial lubricant products, and developing strong customer relationships across assigned territories. Candidates with good communication, negotiation, and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, market visits, referrals, and online research.

- Customer Acquisition: Approach new customers, explain product benefits, and convert leads into sales.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, workshops, and industrial clients.

- Market Research: Identify recent business opportunities, study competitor activities, and understand customer requirements.

- Follow-up Management: Regularly follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to generate repeat business.

- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer visits, lead status, sales performance, and acquisition activities.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Education: Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field is preferred.

- Skills: Good communication, convincing, negotiation, customer handling, and sales skills.

- Language: Good communication in Tamil; basic English knowledge is preferred.

- Travel: Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and business development activities.

- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, target-oriented, confident, and capable of building customer relationships.

Salary & Benefits

- Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
