Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Specialists. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
