Job Role & Responsibilities -
- Manage incoming chats & as per situation you need to call the customer
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Fresher/Experience Both Can apply for this Job.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
