1. Customer Support Executive -Fluency in English & Hindi both
2. Telesales Executive --Fluency in English & Kannada

Location- Bengaluru Salary-

- Fresher- upto 22k CTC (17k in hand)
- Experienced- upto 25k CTC (19k in hand)

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile-

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- English & Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
