Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Cross-Border Payments, Cash Operations, and Private Banking to support client service teams within Asset & Wealth Management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle payment investigations, escalations, and client requests in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process incoming and outgoing money transfers and cross-border payment requests.
- Handle payment inquiries, wire investigations, escalations, and transaction-related issues.
- Maintain accurate client, account, and transaction data.
- Resolve complex client queries while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.




- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
- Participate in UAT testing, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
- Support and guide new joiners and team members.
- Follow risk, control, and compliance procedures to safeguard client assets.

Mandatory Skills ✅ Cross-Border Payments experience

✅ Core Cash Operations / Payments Processing

✅ Wire Transfers and Payment Investigations

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication

✅ Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
