About GKX Mallet

GKX Mallet (G.K. Exclusive) is a premium bridal and ethnic wear store on Mall Road, Amritsar, spread across three floors. Our 2nd floor is dedicated to bridal lehengas, engagement, reception and occasion wear. We are looking for a warm, well-organised CRM Executive to own the bridal customer experience - from first enquiry to final delivery and beyond.

Role Overview

You will be the main point of contact for every bride and her family - making sure no enquiry is missed, every appointment is followed up, every trial and alteration is on time, and every happy bride leaves a review and a referral.

Key Responsibilities - Bride Journey Tracking

- Track every bride through each stage: Enquiry > Appointment > Visit > Order > Trial > Alteration > Delivery
- Keep wedding dates, budget, occasion and preferences updated in the CRM sheet
- Send reminders for trials, fittings and delivery dates; coordinate with the alteration team so timelines are met

Key Responsibilities - Lead Follow-up & Conversion
- Respond to bridal enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp and calls, and fix store appointments
- Follow up with brides who visited but did not buy; record reasons for non-purchase
- Track enquiry-to-sale conversion daily

Key Responsibilities - Floor Hospitality & Sales Support
- Greet bridal customers and families; arrange seating and refreshments as per store protocol
- Assist sales executives during bridal consultations - showing options, coordinating trials, keeping the floor organised
- Ensure no customer waits, especially during peak hours and wedding season





Key Responsibilities - Reviews, Referrals & Reactivation
- Collect feedback after purchase and delivery
- Request Google Reviews and photo/video testimonials from happy brides
- Take references from brides and families and follow up on them
- Re-engage past customers - current collection launches, festive offers, anniversary and birthday wishes

Key Responsibilities - Reporting
- Maintain daily footfall, enquiry and follow-up data (FMS / MeCA sheet)
- Share weekly reports - footfall, conversion %, pending trials/deliveries, reviews and referrals

What We Are Looking For
- Good command of English - spoken and written; fluent Hindi and Punjabi
- Warm, patient and presentable; comfortable dealing with brides and families
- Strong follow-up discipline - nothing slips through the cracks
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets / Excel and phone etiquette
- Interest in bridal fashion is a plus

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate preferred (any stream)
- Course / Diploma in Fashion Designing preferred
- Freshers welcome; retail, hospitality, bridal or customer-service experience is a plus
- Should be based in Amritsar

Work Timings
- 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- 2 offs per month
- Work from office: Mall Road, Amritsar
