Job Responsibilities-

- Handle IndiaMART enquiries and manage incoming leads.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and quotations.

- Update and maintain customer data in CRM software.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order follow-ups.

- Maintain daily call activity reports and pending follow-up records.

- Handle customer queries and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Track enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.

- Manage customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending enquiries and orders.

- Maintain and update leads, quotations and customer information in the CRM software.

- Prepare daily reports and track pending tasks and customer follow-ups.

- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and other sales-related queries.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of CRM data.

- Support the sales team in managing leads and improving customer relationships
