Role Overview
We are seeking a Credit Risk Analyst who is energetic, adaptable, and passionate about building long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and Maintain MIS reports.
- Evaluate borrower credit profiles and assess repayment capability.
- Perform KYC verification and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills while handling client interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and processes.
- Handle pressure effectively and take ownership of responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (finance/management background is a plus but not mandatory).
- Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic business situations.
