About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented CRM & Community Intern to help us engage with users, manage customer communications, and build active, meaningful communities.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, understanding user behaviour, creating engaging campaigns, and finding creative ways to improve engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and growing WhatsApp communities and other user communication channels.

Support day-to-day CRM activities including user communication, engagement, follow-ups, and campaign execution.

Engage with users regularly and encourage active participation across communities.

Plan and execute engagement campaigns such as polls, quizzes, challenges, discussions, Q&A; sessions, and offers.

Create and share relevant content and communication across WhatsApp, CRM, and other user channels.

Assist in creating and executing campaigns for user activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.

Monitor user conversations, feedback, and behaviour to identify user interests, concerns, and engagement opportunities.

Respond to user queries and messages in a timely, friendly, and empathetic manner.

Support onboarding and communication journeys for new users.

Help organize online/offline events, sessions, challenges, and other community activities.

Maintain and update basic CRM data, user segments, campaign lists, and communication trackers.

Track basic CRM and community metrics such as active users, engagement, response rates, participation, and retention.

Analyse campaign performance and share insights on what is working and what can be improved.

Coordinate with internal teams to address user feedback, queries, and communication requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve user engagement, retention,



and overall community experience.

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Robust interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different types of users.

Interest in CRM, customer engagement, community building, and digital marketing.

Creative and proactive approach to user engagement and communication.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and digital communication platforms.

Basic understanding of customer journeys, engagement, and retention.

Solid organizational and coordination skills.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data/metrics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

Prior internship/project experience in CRM, Community Management, Customer Engagement, Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing.

Experience managing college communities, WhatsApp groups, clubs, or online communities.

Exposure to CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of customer segmentation and campaign execution.

Experience organizing online/offline events or engagement activities.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
