We’re Hiring | Creative Art Director – Fashion & Brand Shoots

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience (internships excluded)

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from NIFT

Location: noida

We are looking for a creative professional with a strong eye for fashion, brand aesthetics, and visual storytelling to shape and execute distinctive creative concepts across photoshoots and campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate creative ideas into compelling visual experiences and independently manage shoots from concept development to final output.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and evolve the brand's visual identity, creative direction, and overall aesthetic.
- Develop moodboards and creative concepts in collaboration with the brand and marketing teams.
- Translate concepts into detailed shoot plans, including shot lists, visual references, styling, and set direction.
- Art-direct photoshoots and video productions from setup through final capture.
- Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, stylists, and set/prop teams.
- Review raw footage and edited deliverables to ensure alignment with the creative brief.
- Maintain high standards of composition, lighting, styling, and visual consistency.




- Bring fresh fashion insights and cultural relevance into creative campaigns.
- Maintain a visual reference library of past shoots and creative treatments for consistent execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from NIFT.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, excluding internships.
- Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, brand identity, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to plan and execute shoots end-to-end.
- Experience directing and coordinating creative teams on set.
- Excellent eye for detail across composition, lighting, styling, and set design.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and execution skills.
- Open to candidates of all genders.
