- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Respond to online campaign leads (Google, Instagram, Facebook) and manage incoming phone/WhatsApp queries regarding hair loss, balding, and thinning.
- Service Explanation: Clearly explain clinic treatments such as hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT), PRP therapy, and laser/skin care maintenance.
- Empathetic Nurturing: Address patient insecurities and queries with sensitivity, strict confidentiality, and a reassuring, professional tone.
- Appointment Booking: Convert prospective leads into confirmed doctor consultation slots and coordinate schedules with the front desk/clinical team.
- CRM & Data Management: Log call outcomes, update lead status, track follow-ups, and maintain daily interaction logs accurately in CRM software or Excel.
- Follow-Ups: Reconnect consistently with pending, hesitant, or postponed leads via calls and WhatsApp messages.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
