Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classes according to the assigned course curriculum.
- Make learning fun, interactive, and effective.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain regular attendance and follow the academy’s teaching schedule.
- Communicate professionally with parents and academy management.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive classroom environment.
Working Hours:
- 16 hours per week.
- 4 hours per working day, 4 days a week.
- Weekly schedule to be discussed during the interview.
Salary: ₹6,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on the number of students assigned and the applicable pay structure.
Requirements
- Interest in teaching and working with children.
- Positive communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage; enthusiastic freshers may also apply.
- Willingness to learn and follow the academy’s teaching methods.
